Douglas W. Little has been in private practice since 1979. He graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He also graduated with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Doug is a member of the Board of Directors at the Farmers Bank and Savings Company in Pomeroy, Ohio and President of the Meigs County District Public Library Board of Trustees, as well as a member of the Meigs County Bar Association. Currently, Doug is serving as Solicitor of the Village of Racine and as Attorney for the Syracuse-Racine Regional Sewer District. In the past, Doug has served the community as a member of the Southern Local School District Board of Education, as a member of the Meigs County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, and as a youth baseball coach. Doug is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association. He is a member of the Carmel-Sutton United Methodist Church.
An avid sportsman, Doug enjoys his rural farm and the life associated with it. He is married to Connie, a registered nurse, and they have two sons, Jesse (Misty) Little and Tyler (Courtney) Little.

Jennifer L. Sheets has been in private practice since 1982. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from The Ohio State University and graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as a home economics agent with the Ohio Cooperative Extension Service in Highland and Meigs Counties, Ohio, and has also been an instructor at the University of Rio Grande, a substitute teacher and an artist participant with Artist-in-the-Schools in Columbus, Ohio.
Jennifer is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Home National Bank in Racine, Ohio; treasurer of the Meigs County Community Improvement Corporation; secretary of the Board of Directors of the Foothills Music Foundation; and a member of the Meigs County Bar Association, the Meigs County Chamber and the Meigs County Farm Bureau. She also served on the Ohio State Board of Education from 1995-2009, during which time she was elected to five two-year terms as president and served on the Governor's Commission on Student Success, the Governor's Commission on Teaching Success, the Blue Ribbon Panel on School Funding, and the Joint Council of the State Board and Board of Regents. In recognition of these and numerous other accomplishments in business, education and community service, Jennifer was presented the Women Making a Difference in Meigs County Award in 2003.
An avid musician, Jennifer is a member of the Mudfork Blues Band (www.mudforkblues.com), which has performed throughout central and southern Ohio. She and her family are actively involved with the Foothills Music Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, dedicated to encouraging, promoting and supporting music and the arts in the foothills region of southern Ohio. The foundation's premier activity is the Foothills Blues and Arts Festival held each August on the Sheets Family Farm in Meigs County. For more information, see www.foothillsmusic.org. Jennifer's husband, Jim, is a retired school teacher, and they have three children, Dr. Jared Shees (Laura), Dr. Aaron Sheets (Ann) and Adam Sheets (Jaclyn), and four grandchildren.

Mick has been in private practice since 2008 when he joined the law firm of Little & Sheets LLP as an associate attorney. On January 1, 2012, Mick became a member of the law firm of Little, Sheets & Barr LLP as a partner.
A native of Meigs County, Mick graduated from Meigs High School in 1998. He graduated with honors from Ohio University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Communications from the Ohio University Scripps College of Communication and a Minor Certificate in Political Science. In 2008, Mick graduated with honors from Capital University Law School. Shortly thereafter, he passed both the Ohio and West Virginia bar exams.
Mick is licensed to practice law in all of the state courts of Ohio and West Virginia, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court, Southern District of West Virginia. Currently, Mick is serving as Village Solicitor of the Village of Pomeroy and as Village Solicitor of the Village of Middleport.
As a member of the Meigs County Bar Association, Mick has served as Secretary since 2009. He is also a member of the Meigs County Law Library Board of Trustees, the Meigs County Community Corrections Local Planning Board, and the Meigs County Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of the Pomeroy Gun Club, the Buckeye Firearms Association, and the National Rifle Association. He is a parishioner of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pomeroy, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. In his spare time, Mick enjoys relaxing with his family and friends, playing golf, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
Mick is the son of Michael and Margaret Barr of Hemlock Grove, the grandson of Mildred Riggs and the late Harley Riggs of Rocksprings, and the late Alpha and Elvira Barr of Langsville. He and his wife, Danielle, a certified radiologic technologist, live in the Pomeroy area with their dog, Pennylane.
